Known in the historical literature, due to the discovery of a silver Dacian jewelry and Roman coin hoard, the point called Uliul cel Mic is situated to the western part on the superior plateau of Măgura Şimleului hill, placed on the northern part of Şimleu Silvaniei town. After certain field researches made at the beginning of the year 2003, it was discovered a very rich Dacian special materials (made by iron, bronze, silver).
